Shipping is NOT being charged up front on most of our orders. You will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost as soon as we package it for shipment, weigh and determine the least cost shipping method. If you are overcharged by the shipping calculated by Paypal, you will be refunded the excess amount. We apologize for the bother but we can’t keep up with the changes every time USPS, UPS, etc. change their prices and we look at the reality of selling a wide variety of merchandize. You are not charged handling or any box fee. If you would like to email us in advance of purchase for a particular shipping fee you are most welcome to do that.
